Ten tabs covering everything about how one SmartTable behaves. Access via More → Settings.

ℹ️ Who can access settings? System Admins, SmartTable Admins, and users with user management access can open SmartTable Settings.

The Ten Tabs

Every change here is scoped to this one SmartTable only — field-level rules (which fields exist, their types, validation) live in the SharePoint entry sheet instead, not here. Grouped across four pages:

  1. General & Display — entry limits, labels, autosave, attestation, and how the entries table itself displays and exports
  2. Notifications & Approval — who gets notified, and the entry-level approval workflow
  3. Access & Linking — who can view/edit/administer entries, and cross-SmartTable linking
  4. Reports, Log & Diagnostics — embedded dashboards, the settings change log, relational-table repair, and PDF search indexing
  5. Autofill Configuration — pulling field values live from another SmartTable
