Reports tab

Add report/dashboard URLs here to have them embedded as iframes directly when viewing this SmartTable — useful for surfacing a BI dashboard or external report alongside the raw entries, without sending users to a separate tool.

Log

Every settings change on this SmartTable, newest first — only the fields that actually moved.

Log tab

Each entry shows who changed what, when (relative time), and a field-by-field diff — e.g. Attestation: off, Approval Steps: 2. Filterable to All changes, just Settings, or just Access changes. This is the audit trail for the settings modal itself — for a trail of what happened to the data, see Entry History instead.

Relational Table

Diagnose and repair the backing SQL table for this SmartTable — only relevant when Is Relational SmartTable or Save Entry Data in Table was checked at creation (see Workbook & Creating a SmartTable).

ℹ️ Why this exists as a separate diagnostic tab Table creation for a relational SmartTable runs from background signal handlers that can silently swallow errors rather than surfacing them where an admin would see them. This tab surfaces the real state directly — whether the table exists, its name, row count, and the last action taken — and lets an admin (re)create or validate the table on demand.

Search Index

PDF text-extraction status for document search — indexes the full text inside attached PDFs so global search can match on content, not just field values.

Search Index tab

Covers every revision with a PDF attachment, not just the currently-active one, so a search matches across a document's full history. Shows per-document sync status (e.g. 1/1 Indexed) and a manual Sync Document Index action to force a re-index.
