Notifications

Who gets notified, and which actions trigger an alert. Configuring this is entirely covered on the Notifications page: users to notify on submit, comment-enabled action buttons, and how to configure the Approve/Reject-style buttons that appear on a notification.

Approval

The entry-level approval workflow for this SmartTable — a different, much larger feature than the schema-revision approval that gates SharePoint refreshes.
